Hey There!

I'm Cara, a conscious relationship coach and mentor based out of Vancouver, BC. I specialize in helping disconnected couples rebuild their bond by taking a holistic approach to relational safety and intimacy.

The physical, emotional, physchological and spiritual aspects of relationship all play into each other and determine how close, or distant, you feel with your partner.

How I work...

Somatic Work

Your body holds the wisdom to heal. When conflicts trigger stress, fear, or shutdown, somatic practices help you increase your emotional & energetic container so you can trust your capacity to navigate the challenging moments.

The Enneagram

The Enneagram reveals your core fears, motivations, and relational patterns. By understanding your and your partner’s Enneagram types, you’ll develop compassion, improve communication, and navigate conflicts with greater ease.

Shadow Work

Our biggest relationship challenges come from unhealed wounds and unconscious patterns. Shadow work helps you bring these hidden parts into the light so you can break old cycles and create a conscious, loving partnership.
